Reporting to the President/CEO, the CFO will guide financial strength, growth, and long-term sustainability, serving as a trusted advisor to the Board on strategy, earnings, capital, liquidity, and risk.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/accounting/business and 10+ years in financial leadership, with at least five years in ALM,

• 10+ years in financial leadership within a financial institution.
• At least 5 years in senior ALM, investments, liquidity, and capital planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
