You will partner with executive leadership to drive forecasting, capital planning, and risk management across California, Oregon, Washington, and nationwide.

The role emphasizes financial transparency, performance management, and governance to support growth beyond $1 billion in revenue.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership in construction or project-based organizations.
• Experience supporting organizations with $500 million+ in annual revenue.
• Demonstrated experience leading large finance and accounting organizations.
• CPA, CMA or MBA credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, forecasting, and financial reporting functions.
• Provide enterprise-wide financial visibility through accurate reporting and analytics.
• Support executive leadership in evaluating growth opportunities, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop capital allocation strategies and manage liquidity and working capital.
• Create standardized reporting and analytics tools to support operational decision-making.
