Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• 3-5 years as CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent in relevant sector.
• Experience in leveraged, PE-backed, or bank-dependent environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance and accounting teams aligning with company objectives.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO and COO.
• Own the annual budgeting process and long-range financial plans.
• Manage bank, lender, and capital provider relationships.
