Job summary

Brio Water Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy, operations and governance. You will partner with the President and executives to drive sustainable growth, manage risk and support informed decisions.

The successful candidate will combine strong financial expertise with commercial judgment and leadership across finance, accounting, and IT modernization using AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• CPA, CFA or equivalent designation preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled tools and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and metrics.
• Experience presenting to boards, investors, or lenders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with long-term goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Provide timely, accurate financial reporting and insights.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and controls.
• Manage capital allocation, liquidity, and investment decisions.
• Lead finance modernization with AI and analytics.
• Support fundraising, M&A, and investor relations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
