Job summary

Dorsia seeks a Chief Financial Officer to build a complete financial infrastructure and own Finance, Compliance, BI, and Human Capital. You will lead Series B prep, deploy AI-enabled reporting and forecasting, and partner with the CEO on capital allocation and strategic decisions.

The role oversees global regulatory compliance, IT, and employee compensation, with a focus on scalable, AI-first finance operations for a rapidly growing hospitality-tech company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership in a high-growth tech company.
• Direct fundraising experience, ideally Series B or beyond, with board materials and IR.
• Deep expertise in accounting, FP&A, and financial modeling.
• Proven use of AI/workflows to automate finance processes.
• Strong compliance oversight across multiple jurisdictions, including regulatory familiarity.
• Experience owning payroll, compensation, and benefits at scale.
• Understanding of marketplace or membership economics; hospitality/ luxury sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting and FP&A functions: close, audit readiness, budgeting, forecasting, finance reporting.
• Develop financial models for membership, venues, and revenue streams; support Series B prep.
• Partner with CEO on capital allocation, pricing, and strategic planning.
• Implement AI-driven finance workflows and governance frameworks.
• Oversee legal/compliance, IT, facilities, and global regulatory requirements.
• Lead BI, payroll, compensation, and total rewards; collaborate with People Ops.
