Job summary

Brio Water Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s financial strategy, operations, and governance.

You will partner with the President and executive team to drive sustainable growth, improve performance, and manage risk across the organization. The successful candidate will blend strong financial expertise with commercial judgment and deep operating insight, shaping investments, reporting, and controls to accelerate decision-making and shareholder

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior executive role.
• Proven success overseeing financial planning, accounting, reporting, controls, and cash management.
• Experience implementing finance automation, AI-enabled tools, ERP systems, or other financial technologies.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, business modeling, and performance metrics.
• Experience supporting growth, transformation, fundraising, or complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with long-term objectives.
• Serve as strategic advisor to CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
• Provide timely, accurate financial reporting and actionable insights.
• Establish targets, KPIs, and accountability systems across the organization.
• Improve month-end close processes with strong controls and cross-functional ownership.
• Modernize finance operations using AI automation and analytics to speed decisions.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, cash flow, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and laws; manage capital allocation and liquidity.
• Evaluate growth opportunities, pricing, new markets, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead fundraising, debt financing, investor relations, and lender relationships.
