Great Hearts Texas is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function across its network of public charter schools in Dallas and San Antonio. As senior finance leader, you will partner with the Superintendent and Board, oversee treasury, accounting, reporting, planning, and compliance, and build a strong, scalable finance operation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Progressively responsible finance leadership experience in complex or multi-site organizations.
• Experience rebuilding or strengthening teams, financial operations, and strategy.
• Experience with school-finance or charter networks is a plus.

• Build and lead the finance organization with clear responsibilities and performance management.
• Lead accounting, monthly close, financial reporting, payroll, payments, and receivable collections.
• Modernize financial systems, integrations, and workflows to improve accuracy and access to information.
