Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3 years as a CFO, VP Finance or Corporate Controller.
• Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software company (insurance, PropTech, FinTech, or real estate tech preferred).
• Experience operating within a private equity-backed environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the company’s financial strategy in alignment with PE investor expectations and growth objectives.
• Own the budgeting process and rolling forecasts across geographies.
• Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor performance.
