Lumera Search Partners is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Finance for a growing regional construction management firm. This is a key leadership role intended to succeed the CFO and guide the company through its ESOP transition and growth.

You will partner with the executive team on strategy, planning, and governance. The role requires strong accounting leadership, deep project-based finance experience, and excellence in cost control, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred.
10+ years progressive accounting leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience in construction or project-based environments.
Deep expertise in job costing, WIP reporting, and percentage-of-completion accounting.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CFO and executive team to drive financial strategy, planning, and performance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Support ESOP transaction execution and ongoing financial governance.
Oversee cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
Improve reporting capabilities, data integrity, and scalable processes.
