Lumos is seeking a Leader of Finance to report directly to the CEO and drive the company’s financial strategy toward $100M ARR. You will shape pricing, build an AI-enabled finance function, and govern the rhythms that keep the business agile and compliant while partnering with sales, engineering and executives.

We value AI-native thinking, strong execution, and the ability to steer capital strategy in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Has been #2 or #3 in Finance at a $100M+ private company, or Head of Finance at a growth-stage company.
• Closed a real funding round.
• Built a capacity model for a sales-led enterprise GTM motion.
• AI-native in daily workflows, using tools like Claude.

Responsibilities

• Build the financial blueprint to reach $100M ARR in three years.
• Lead pricing transformation from seat-based to AI-driven model.
• Create an AI-native Finance function with a lean, high-leverage team.
• Establish a disciplined operating rhythm with clean numbers and compliant banking.
• Serve as financial voice with executive leadership and in investor relations.
• Own board updates and banker relationships for ongoing fundraising readiness.
