Job summary

Folience is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy, ESOP administration, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across Folience and its portfolio companies. Based in Cedar Rapids, this role partners with presidents of portfolio units to align financial plans with growth and operations.

The CFO will direct Shared Services, ensure timely close and reporting, and work with external auditors, lenders, and the Board to support enterprise growth and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership including CFO/VP Finance roles.
• Experience with multi-entity holding company structures and portfolio companies.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit management.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting for Folience and portfolio units.
• Provide analysis for capital allocation, investments, and acquisitions.
• Prepare financial reporting and board materials on a regular cadence.
• Oversee ESOP administration, valuation, and funding modeling.
• Manage external audits, treasury, and risk programs.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for executive visibility.
• Mentor Shared Services leadership and build a scalable organization.
