Hope Administrative Services, DBA as Central Transportation System, Scobey Moving and Storage, Spectrum Relocation Group, and International Moving and Warehouse seeks a strategic CFO to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance. You’ll drive controls, policy development, and financial strategy alongside ownership.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA preferred, 8–10 years of accounting leadership, and proven GAAP expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8–10 years accounting experience with leadership.
• Strong GAAP and cost accounting knowledge.
• Proven data analysis and financial planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate financial reviews and establish strong accounting policies.
• Review financials for trends; identify anomalies and root causes.
• Oversee monthly close, general ledger, and reporting for multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports with recommendations.
• Lead AR/AP, cash management, and coordinating sub-ledgers.
• Ensure timely payroll/driver commissions and asset tracking.
• Oversee regulatory filings with DoL, Census, and tax authorities.
• Foster a safe, compliant work environment and assist with ad hoc projects.
