Dahl Consulting is recruiting a Controller / Chief Financial Officer for a Minnesota-based healthcare organization. Based in Crookston, this executive role directs financial strategy, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, investments, and internal controls.

Reporting to the CEO, you will partner with the leadership team to translate financial results into strategic decisions that sustain growth and long-term financial health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of senior financial leadership experience.
• 15+ years of total accounting/finance experience.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, reporting and internal controls.
• CPA designation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations and ensure timely reporting.
• Develop and monitor annual budget; manage financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with CEO and leadership to translate financial results into strategic decisions.
