Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or CPA license.
• Ten years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, accounting, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to CEO, executive team, and board.
• Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Monitor performance and deliver decision-support reporting.
• Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Build and mentor finance and administrative teams.
