Job summary

Tri-Counties Regional Center is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the organization’s financial and administrative functions. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will direct budgeting, financial planning, risk management, and compliance, ensuring high-quality services for people with developmental disabilities within a fiscally responsible framework.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, economics, or public administration.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or public administration.
• Five years of experience as a controller, accounting manager, budget manager/director or similar in a complex public or quasi-public organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish DOFA as a valued partner with staff, vendors, consumers, families, and community members.
• Lead financial and administrative functions to support research, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational change.
• Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.
