Rancho Santa Fe Association seeks an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and governance. The role requires steering long-term financial health, governance, and risk management in a complex community setting.

You will partner with the Board, oversee budgeting, treasury, compliance, and build a high-performing finance team while ensuring transparent reporting and fiscal integrity across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Senior financial leadership experience, preferably as CFO or VP Finance.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing finance teams.
• Excellent communication with non-financial stakeholders.
• High ethical standards and governance.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the association's financial strategy in alignment with its mission and long-term goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cash flow management, and treasury functions.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses for the Board and senior leadership.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor performance against budget, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, implement internal controls, and safeguard assets.
• Drive FP&A initiatives to support strategic decisions across departments.
• Supervise and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performing culture.
• Participate in executive leadership meetings, providing financial insight.
