Job summary

Kwolyewm Federal Solutions is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead finance across a multi-entity federal contracting enterprise. You will set strategy, drive profitability, and ensure audit-ready controls in partnership with the executive team.

The role requires extensive government contracting know-how, senior leadership experience, and a focus on compliance, pricing, and enterprise risk management. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of executive or senior leadership experience in finance-related functions.
• Significant experience in a federal government contracting environment.
• Experience supporting multi-entity organizations and affiliated structures.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP, FAR, DFARS, CAS, DCAA accounting requirements, and government contract accounting.
• Experience with indirect rate development and management, pricing strategy, and proposal support.
• Experience supporting audits, incurred cost submissions, and compliance reviews.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence strategic decisions.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, leadership, and business-partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to drive growth, profitability, and governance across the organization.
• Develop and execute the company’s overall financial strategy and long-range planning.
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax reporting.
• Lead governance for government contracting compliance, audits, and corrective actions.
• Own indirect rate management, pricing strategy, and bids with cross-functional teams.
• Lead treasury, cash management, and capital planning.
• Ensure robust financial controls, risk management, and audit readiness.
• Oversee financial systems roadmap and data integrity across functions.
• Build and develop a high-performing Finance and Accounting organization.
