Relyant Global seeks a Controller with strong federal government contracting experience to join a global, dynamic organization. The role is a stepping stone toward CFO, partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic financial initiatives across international subsidiaries.

The candidate will oversee cost accounting, indirect cost rate structures, and timely monthly consolidated financial statements, coordinating audits and tax filings with external firms.

Qualificações

• Five+ years as a Controller in federal government contracting.
• Extensive project cost accounting experience.
• CPA license with GAAP and IFRS familiarity.
• Experience managing indirect cost rate structures.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DOSAR, and CAS regulations.
• Experience consolidating international subsidiaries under one ERP.
• Proven ability to produce timely monthly consolidated financial statements.
• Experience coordinating external audits and tax filings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting in a global, dynamic organization.
• Partner with senior leadership to support CFO succession.
• Oversee monthly consolidated financial statements and close processes.
• Coordinate with public accounting firms for annual audits.
• Manage federal, state, and foreign tax compliance.
• Oversee indirect cost rate management and Incurred Cost submissions.
• Supervise accounting teams across multiple locations and ERP environments.
