Search Group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for its government contracting business in Chantilly, VA. The CFO will report directly to the CEO, sit on the senior management team, and engage frequently with the Board of Directors, lenders, and external parties.
The ideal candidate has a CPA, public accounting background, SEC/technical accounting experience, a hands-on approach, and a strategic outlook. Base compensation is $275K plus bonus and equity.
