Fox Point Recruitment LLC seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy for a multi-entity AEC-focused organization in Chantilly, VA. You will oversee accounting, FP&A, tax, risk, ESOP administration, and governance while guiding mergers and acquisitions and ERP optimization.

The role reports to the executive team and board, driving profitability and internal controls, with strong GAAP and government contracting experience.

Qualificações

• Executive-level financial leadership experience within a multi-entity organization.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and governance.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with objectives.
• Lead profitability improvements and optimize pricing, margins, and overheads.
• Oversee audits, risk management, tax, and ESOP administration.
• Direct ERP/finance system modernization and data governance.
• Partner with leadership to drive project profitability and cash flow.
