Job summary

Search Group's client, a Chantilly, VA-based publicly traded government contractor, seeks a CFO who will report to the CEO and play a critical strategic role on the senior management team. The CFO will interact frequently with the Board of Directors, lenders and external parties.

Candidate must have a CPA, public accounting background, SEC/technical accounting experience, and a hands-on focus with a strategic outlook. Compensation includes a base of $275K plus bonus and equity.
