Jobot is seeking a dynamic, permanent Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance function in Washington, DC. This on-site role focuses on cash flow, liquidity, ERP rollout, and strategic financial leadership with equity and bonus opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in senior finance, strong GAAP knowledge, and a proven track record in planning and execution for growth-oriented companies. This position offers an on-site work arrangement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the Accounting + Finance industry.
Proven experience with Cash Flow management, ERP Implementation, and Liquidity.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including GAAP.
Experience in analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports, statements, and projections.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with budgeting/forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.
Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts; confer with President and COO on strategic planning.
Contribute to the development of the company's strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization.
Implement and manage all aspects of the company's ERP system to ensure it aligns with business objectives.
Monitor and manage company's liquidity position, cash flow, and cash management to ensure financial stability.
Analyze the company's financial details to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.
Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
