Job summary

CoastHills in Santa Maria, CA seeks an Executive CFO to lead financial strategy and operations. You will oversee forecasting, budgeting, accounting, and audits, and serve as the primary liaison for regulatory and external reporting.

This senior role drives long-term financial plans and ensures robust risk management while aligning with the Credit Union’s goals. The role requires MBA preferred along with CPA or CFA and 10+ years of senior financial leadership in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA or CFA is required.
• 10+ years of senior level management responsibility in a regulated financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Chairs the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) and Investment Committee.
• Oversees financial forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and audits.
• Develops strategic financial plans and optimizes risk-based earnings.
• Interprets financial information and market conditions for decisions.
• Maintains coordination with Board and Leadership on financial operations and compliance.

Education
