Job summary

CoastHills Federal Credit Union in Santa Maria, CA seeks an EVP/CFO to lead the finance function, drive asset/liability management, and partner with the President/CEO on long-term strategy. This exempt, full-time senior management role oversees forecasting, accounting, budgeting, audits, and regulatory reporting to sustain strong financial health.

You will chair ALCO and Investment Committee, develop annual financial plans, monitor risk, and report to the Board.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of senior level management responsibility in a regulated financial industry.
• CPA or CFA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Chairs ALCO and Investment Committee and guides financial strategy.
• Oversees financial forecasting, reporting, budgeting and audits.
• Develops strategic financial plans aligning with governance objectives.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and robust financial controls.
• Leads optimization of asset/liability management and risk mitigation.
