Job summary

CoastHills Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced EVP CFO to lead the financial strategy, reporting, and risk management. You will oversee budgeting, tax, and regulatory reporting while guiding ALCO governance and strategic growth initiatives.

The role reports to the President/CEO and collaborates with the Board. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years at senior financial leadership in a regulated financial institution, CPA/CFA and MBA, with strong strategic vision and communication skills

Qualifications

• MBA preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of senior level management responsibility in a regulated financial industry.
• CPA or CFA required.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Credit Union’s overall financial plans, policies and accounting practices.
• Leads asset/liability management and ALCO oversight.
• Oversees budgeting, audits, and financial reporting to the Board.
