Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC is seeking a CFO Advisory professional to join a dedicated team serving clients across industries. You will perform financial planning and analysis, accounting research, and external reporting including 10-K/10-Q.

The role offers flexible, hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to expand technical expertise. Candidates should have a BS in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and at least 4 years of experience (2 in public accounting).

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience, including 2 years in public accounting.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP with exposure to SEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pro-forma financial information and forecasts.
• Provide technical expertise for US GAAP and SEC reporting to clients.
• Produce external financial reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements).
• Assist design and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and client decision-makers on audits.
