Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC is seeking a skilled finance professional to join their CFO Advisory team in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on planning, analysis, and reporting to support client growth and governance. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver insightful financial guidance.

The ideal candidate brings strong US GAAP knowledge, SEC reporting experience, and excellent communication skills to manage complex financial information and audits.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years in public accounting, consulting, or corporate accounting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; deep US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with SEC reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting, and preparation of pro-forma financial information.
• US GAAP and SEC accounting research, documentation and client presentations.
• Prepare external financial reports (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and proxy statements.
• Assist design/implementation of new accounting policies and procedures.
• Improve close processes; streamline monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors and internal decision makers for audits.
• Lead projects with direct client coordination; train and mentor teams.
