Armanino in Bellevue, WA seeks a seasoned finance professional for our CFO Advisory Services team. You will advise clients on US GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced environment.

The role blends technical accounting, client service, and project leadership, with opportunities to mentor staff and lead cross-functional initiatives. Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills are essential, along with a BS in accounting and 7+ years in public accounting

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and depth in topics such as ASC 606 revenue recognition, leases, purchase accounting.
• Experience with SEC reporting and accounting research in a public/private environment.
• Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and work with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work from home while collaborating in person half the time.

Responsabilités

• Financial Planning and Analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and pro-forma information preparation.
• Provide technical accounting expertise for US GAAP and SEC requirements including accounting research, documentation, and client presentations.
• Prepare accurate external financial reports for clients, auditors, or the SEC (10-K/10-Q/8-Ks) and proxy statements.
• Assist in designing and implementing new accounting policies and procedures.
• Assess and improve the financial close process, accelerating monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors and internal stakeholders to support audit readiness.
• Lead projects and coordinate directly with clients while mentoring staff.
• Foster proactive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
