The role requires a CPA/CFE/MAFF/CFF license and 8+ years of experience in litigation support or related fields, with strong business development skills and a solid grasp of MS Office and financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA, CFE, MAFF, or CFF license.
• 8+ years in litigation support, investigations, forensic accounting, or dispute consulting.
• Experience managing client engagements, budgets, and teams.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fraud investigations and forensic accounting engagements.
• Review financial information, tax returns, and court pleadings for litigation support.
• Oversee litigation discovery and data analysis activities.
• Develop and review financial models for litigation and forensic engagements.
• Lead complex fraud investigations including embezzlement and fraud schemes.
• Manage dispute and litigation consulting engagements and client relationships.
• Serve as primary client relationship manager and oversee engagement execution and budgets.
• Mentor and develop engagement teams, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Support business development through proposals, networking, and thought leadership.
