Qualifications

• Supervise the Central Scheduling staff to ensure efficient, professional service.
• Oversee selection, training, motivation, timekeeping, performance reviews and salary adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of Central Scheduling and verify demographics.
• Ensure staff have equipment, tools and training for day-to-day functions.
• Maintain KPI tracking and reporting for the department and Revenue Cycle.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet patient and organizational needs.
• Monitor expenses and seek cost-effective improvements.
• Provide leadership and feedback to staff; handle disciplinary issues as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
