Doubletree Augusta seeks a Catering Sales Manager to drive revenue through prospecting, relationship building, and precise event planning. You will manage social, corporate, meeting, and special-event business from inquiry through event completion, ensuring exceptional service.

Responsibilities include site tours, client meetings, coordinating with Banquets, F&B, and Sales teams, and upselling venues and services to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in catering sales, hotel sales, event planning, banquet, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate catering and event revenue through prospecting, relationship building, and client service.
• Manage social, corporate, meeting, and special-event business from inquiry to event completion.
• Coordinate with departments to communicate event details and logistics.
• Upsell services including food & beverage, space, and AV to maximize revenue.
• Lead site tours, client planning meetings, and post-event follow-up.
