Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of meetings, conventions, group activities, and related logistics for events under 30 room nights.
• Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during pre-planning and onsite.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, vendors, and clients to drive catering growth.
• Create and present promotional, up-sell, and enhancement strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
• Maintain organized files, customer profiles, and trace systems for follow-up.
