Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Director to oversee the catering operations across multiple units and large accounts. You will plan, lead, and optimize events, menus, staffing, and budgeting to meet financial goals while maintaining high service standards.

You will manage a catering team, develop client relationships, and develop annual marketing and sales plans to drive growth and client retention. This role requires leadership, strategic planning, and compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience
• Requires at least 1-3 years of experience in a management role
• Previous experience in events and catering required
• Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total catering operations including events, menus, pricing, and staffing
• Ensure preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple operations
• Develop catering solutions to meet customer needs
• Lead and train catering staff to uphold standards
• Manage sales, food, and labor targets and analyze revenue and expenses
• Ensure compliance with safety policies
