Crowley, a private U.S.-owned company serving maritime, logistics and energy sectors, seeks a Category Manager to oversee assigned categories and lead strategic sourcing initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams, analyze spend data, develop MSAs/SOWs, and drive cost efficiencies while ensuring supplier performance aligns with business goals.

Travel as needed and leverage MSAs, SLAs, and vendor relationships to deliver on time and within scope.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of contract and/or procurement experience in indirect category management.
• Experience with MSAs, SLAs, and vendor management.

Mansioni

• Drive assigned category sourcing objectives through business plans and strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams in strategic sourcing initiatives and vendor management.
• Develop financial models to evaluate costs and benefits of sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate and manage master service agreements, statements of work, and service levels.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
