Job summary

Computacenter North America is seeking a senior category leader responsible for a defined category within the partner management organization. You will have personnel responsibility for the category team and manage relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and service partners to drive commercial advantage for sales teams in the country units.

You will also lead operations across the quote-to-cash process, drive profitability, and mentor the team to achieve goals through distance

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of professional experience with personnel responsibility or management.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with ability to plan and execute.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel responsibility for the defined category team.
• Manage commercial partner relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and service partners.
• Drive P&L for the category and support the country unit sales strategy.
• Lead and develop a high-performance team across regions using distance leadership where needed.
• Coordinate with Strategic Sales Alliance team to deliver mutual benefits for Computacenter.
