Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Sr. Manager, Category Strategy & Analysis to act as the analytical engine behind the Sexual Health, Testosterone, and Hair categories. You will partner with the GM and category directors to shape roadmaps, size opportunities, and drive prioritization decisions that move the P&L.

You will build models, dashboards (Looker, Amplitude), and recurring performance reads, translating data into executive-ready recommendations and guiding launches and experiments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of business experience, consulting or strategy required.
• Experience in strategic analytics and prioritization.
• MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drive category strategy and prioritization with leadership.
• Lead analytics and modeling to forecast outcomes and ROI.
• Develop experiments and oversee strategic projects.
• Support launches of new treatments and SKUs.
