Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Care Operations team. You will analyze day-to-day performance, identify opportunities, and drive improvements that enhance patient and provider experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will collaborate with Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, and Customer Support to translate insights into actionable process changes. A proactive, data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in operations and/or analytics in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to translate data into clear business narratives and recommendations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses across Care Operations to identify trends and root causes.
• Monitor KPIs and advocate improvements for patient and care team experience.
• Own analytical workstreams, prioritizing issues and delivering measurable improvements.
• Partner with Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Support, and Clinical Ops to shape priorities.
• Measure launches and changes, iterate, and drive performance to a steady state.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and align on next steps.
