Job summary

ilani is seeking a senior financial leader to partner with the CFO and General Manager, directing all property-level financial functions including analytics, budgeting, disbursements, and revenue audit across the Cowlitz gaming facility.

The role supervises multiple directors across accounting, FPA, procurement, and compliance, with responsibility for strategic planning, financial modeling, and capital planning to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Nine years of management budgeting/analysis in a casino environment may substitute for a degree.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees budgeting, forecasting and analytics including marketing programs, staffing, capital spending.
• Directs financial planning, reporting of P&L results and strategic initiatives.
• Oversees banking functions and loan compliance with CFO.
• Manages shared labor analyses and scheduling to optimize service and profitability.
• Maintains financial statements and strong internal controls with the CFO.
