Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably with professional service organizations
• Experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or CAS Manager in an outsourcing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Sage Intacct
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to business owners and non-financial stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Lead outsourced controllership and accounting services for professional service clients
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Support clients with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and profitability analysis
• Develop financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze revenue trends, utilization rates, project profitability, and operational performance metrics
• Standardize accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Serve as the primary financial advisor and point of contact for business owners and leadership teams
• Collaborate with clients on growth planning, staffing decisions, pricing strategies, and operational improvements
• Lead, coach, and review CAS staff work to ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency
• Assist clients with accounting system optimization, workflow improvements, and technology implementation
• Coordinate with tax, audit, and other advisors to deliver seamless client service
