Job summary

Public Accounting Firm is seeking a CAS Department Manager to lead a growing outsourcing and advisory practice in the United States. The role focuses on transforming traditional bookkeeping into strategic client advisory services, shaping departmental strategy with firm leadership, and driving scalable processes for sustained growth.

The candidate will manage a high-performing team, partner with leadership on pricing and service expansion, and promote innovation and efficient service delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting and CAS experience.
• 5+ years in leadership or senior management within CAS or outsourced accounting.
• Experience building, scaling, or transforming a CAS or outsourced accounting practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, structure, and growth of the Client Accounting Services practice.
• Oversee client advisory engagements and act as trusted advisor to key clients.
• Develop scalable workflows, service standards, and best practices across the department.
• Lead and develop CAS managers, supervisors, and team members.
