• Utilizes data, technology, and market insights to match carriers with optimal freight opportunities.
• Develops long-term carrier relationships focused on performance, reliability, and mutual growth.
• Identifies and connects carrier candidates for specific freight opportunities.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with operations, pricing, sales, and customer teams to support customer success.
• Supports strategic initiatives to strengthen and scale DLX's carrier network.
• Monitors carrier performance and market trends to proactively address capacity needs.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Sources, qualifies, and develops strategic carrier partners for current and future freight needs
• Builds and maintains accurate carrier profiles within company systems, ensuring data integrity and usability
• Applies data-driven insights and compliance requirements to evaluate, select, and maintain a high-performing carrier network
• Utilizes data, technology, and market insights to match carriers with optimal freight opportunities
• Develops long-term carrier relationships focused on performance, reliability, and mutual growth
• Identifies and connects carrier candidates for specific freight opportunities
• Collaborates cross-functionally with operations, pricing, sales, and customer teams to support customer success
• Supports strategic initiatives to strengthen and scale DLX's carrier network
• Monitors carrier performance and market trends to proactively address capacity needs
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in the Transportation industry preferred

Physical Requirements

• Physical dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, telephone, and office equipment; ability to access file cabinets and items stored at various levels, including overhead
• Ability to communicate clearly and understandably in person, over the telephone, and in group settings
• Ability to continuously operate a personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours)
• Mental acuity sufficient to collect and interpret data, evaluate, reason, define problems, draw valid conclusions, and make sound decisions
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs at times
