Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Carrier Relations Manager, Inbound Logistics in New Jersey to lead carrier performance and scorecard programs. You will drive KPI-based accountability, onboarding, and ongoing improvement with carrier partners to ensure efficient inbound operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize yard health, vendor performance, and cost control. Hybrid work is available with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 4+ years related supply chain management preferred but not required. Manhattan TMS experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, coaching, facilitating and team building skills.
• Experience with Manhattan Transportation Management system required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for inbound logistics operations and carrier accountability.
• Engage carriers with KPI standards and quarterly business reviews.
• Onboard and train carriers on KPIs and scorecards.
• Develop and refine Carrier Scorecard with analytics to share reliable data with carriers.
• Coordinate yard health, appointments, and load coordination with carriers.
• Guide and coach direct reports and conduct annual reviews.
• Support RFP processes with carrier data and benchmarks.
