Job summary

Knauf Insulation North America is seeking a Carrier Management Lead to own carrier relationships, RFP processes, and performance governance across inbound and outbound freight. You will drive rate negotiations, onboard new carriers in SAP and TMS, and partner with Finance on settlements.

The role demands 6–8 years in transportation or carrier sourcing with strong data governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 6–8 years of transportation or carrier sourcing experience.
• Experience leading RFP processes and carrier performance programs.
• Experience with SAP, TMS, and CarrierSource preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the carrier network strategy by lane and mode.
• Lead end-to-end carrier qualification, onboarding and onboarding.
• Own annual RFP process including rate evaluation and approvals.
• Review freight invoices and coordinate with Finance on workflows.
• Run CNCR scorecards and manage escalation for carriers.
• Maintain carrier data integrity across SAP, TMS, CarrierSource and FourKites.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and drive cost-to-service improvements.
