Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is a major ground handling provider across 61 airports in the U.S. and Canada. We seek an Account Manager to lead cargo operations, enforce policies, supervise load manifests and coordination with stakeholders to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes training, audits, KPI monitoring, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners to deliver reliable service and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead teams and manage personnel effectively.
• Strong customer focus with analytical reasoning and judgment.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced aviation ops.
• Proficient in MS Office and related office software.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement and maintain departmental policies and procedures for cargo operations.
• Supervise work in cargo carriage, flight/load manifest, weight & balance control.
• Oversee ground handling services for cargo operations.
• Coordinate with staff, customers, third parties and government agencies for compliance.
• Conduct periodic audits and produce training directives and manuals.
• Ensure personnel are trained and maintain Hazardous Materials training program.
