Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Account Manager to supervise cargo and ground operations, coordinating with airlines, vendors and regulators to ensure safe and compliant service across shifts.

You will establish policies, manage the team, audit processes and maintain KPI reporting. The role requires 1+ year of aviation experience and US work authorization. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits in a safety‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3-5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Successful completion of airport badging process and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have US work authorization; Canada location requires IRPA/eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement and maintain departmental policies and procedures for safe, efficient cargo/ground operations.
• Oversee cargo process, and direct staff for flight/load manifest and weight & balance control.
• Coordinate with customers, third-party providers and government agencies for compliance and customer satisfaction.
