Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager within the Capabilities team to define and execute high-impact product partnership strategies with card network partners. You will leverage payments expertise to shape joint strategies, commercial models, and go-to-market motions, while leading cross-functional execution and negotiations that influence Stripe’s long-term priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product partnership strategies with Stripe’s card network partners.
• Identify opportunities and shape commercial models for new capabilities.
• Lead complex negotiations affecting costs, partnerships, and strategic outcomes.
• Develop scalable deal structures and frameworks usable across partners and markets.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to align on solutions and timelines.
• Represent Stripe at partner events and build trusted relationships with senior partners.
