Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of applicable experience or equivalent.
• APMP Capture Certification is preferred.
• Experience with federal funding agencies (DoD/DARPA/Space Force/NASA) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture for DoD, Space Force, DARPA and commercial space opportunities.
• Develop win strategies, SWOT/competitor analyses, and sponsor engagement plans.
• Coordinate pre-RFP activities (RFIs, sources sought, white papers, industry days).
• Support proposal reviews, quality assurance, and alignment with sponsor criteria and win themes.
• Mentor and train staff on capture planning and strategic pursuit execution.
