Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of capture experience in high-value Intel Community contracts.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Ability to work with senior business and government leaders and lead across teams.
• Experience in space and engineering programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage two to four capture efforts in various stages for award within 18 months.
• Accountable for end-to-end pursuit from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
• Coordinate with growth organization, corporate functions, and operational teams to execute pursuits.
• Ensure quality of all capture and proposal artifacts and products.
• Ensure smooth hand-off of information between teams during pursuit phases.
• Develop capture artifacts (win themes, proof points, past performance, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to identify objectives and align capabilities.
• Conduct competitive analysis and document win strategies including teaming and pricing.
