Job summary

You will lead fieldwork, collect data, conduct interviews, and prepare reports with practical recommendations, while collaborating with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, and clients.

The role supports lifecycle activities from acquisition to disposition and requires up to 25%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or Accounting.
• CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, or PE is preferred.
• Minimum five years of related experience in construction or real estate advisory.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction program reviews, cost audits, and real estate assessments.
• Provide tailored consulting on capital projects and real estate operations.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, reporting.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage risk and client communications.
