Colgate-Palmolive’s Hill's Pet Nutrition unit seeks a Specialist/Associate Manager, Capital & Infrastructure Procurement to shape sourcing for over $150M+ in manufacturing automation, plant infrastructure, and site expansions across North America.

You will transform spend tracking into a proactive pipeline and lead cross‑functional, data‑driven sourcing initiatives while ensuring Global Procurement governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• CapEx or Manufacturing operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a 12–24 month Capital Sourcing Pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiations and contracting for factory automation.
• Build collaborative relationships with Plant Directors, Project Engineers, Site Operations, and Finance.
• Manage SRM programs with OEMs and contractors to reduce lead times and mitigate risk.
• Conduct market and spend analytics to convert data into actionable insight.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes and uphold Global Procurement policies.
